About us

Super Consortium (Pvt) Ltd. exports wood chips and biomass products from its wood-chipping plant in Sigiriya, Dambulla, to buyers in the MENA region and Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

Plan and supervise daily loading of wood chips and biomass products for local and export orders
Check quantities, weights and product condition against each order before dispatch
Prepare and keep dispatch records, delivery notes and weighbridge tickets
Coordinate with transport providers and the logistics team on vehicle schedules
Supervise loading staff and keep the yard safe and organised
Report stock levels and dispatch volumes to operations management

Requirements

Experience supervising dispatch, stores or loading in a plant, warehouse or yard
Good record keeping and basic computer skills (Excel or similar)
Able to lead a team and work to shipment deadlines
Able to work on site in Dambulla, with flexibility for early or late loadings
Sinhala required; working English preferred

Handle VAT and statutory filings and support the external auditors
Keep financial records organised and up to date

Requirements

AAT qualified, or part-qualified CA, CIMA or ACCA
Experience in a full-time accounting role, ideally in trading, export or manufacturing
Working knowledge of Sri Lankan tax and statutory requirements
Confident with accounting software and Excel
Good written English

Plan inland transport from the Dambulla plant to customers and to Colombo Port
Work with freight forwarders, shipping lines and customs brokers on export shipments
Prepare and check export documents with the sales and finance teams
Manage transport contractors, rates and delivery performance
Track shipments and keep buyers and the operations team informed
Keep logistics costs under control and improve delivery planning

Requirements

Experience managing transport or logistics, including export shipments
Knowledge of export documentation and the port process in Sri Lanka
Able to negotiate with transport and freight providers
Organised, calm under deadlines and comfortable with Excel
Valid driving licence; willing to travel between Dambulla and Colombo

Report weekly on enquiries, quotations and orders

Requirements

Experience in B2B sales, or a strong interest in starting a sales career
Clear, confident communicator in English and Sinhala (Tamil an advantage)
Self-motivated and comfortable working to targets
Willing to travel to meet customers

Requirements

Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic or a Southeast Asian language is an advantage
